sven gordan (eric's son!)
Thought both teams were poor, although parkway were quicker to everything
GUINESS
I would like to know if any of the 280+ in attendance were of the same opinion. :drink:
Guest Roger
Thought it looked quite difficult as pitch was skiddy and bumpy. both teams failed to keep hold of ball at times and many heavy touches by a lot of players. Cant be that many poor players on show. conditions played its part. Parkway worthy winners
hedgerow
It was an evenly contested game, Dartmouth may have had the edge in the second half. Parkway were worthy winners by putting chances away while Dartmouth did not create much in the final third. Parkway defence were outstanding. even when they lost Kev Robinson they still looked solid. Matt Hawke was the man of the match, but also agreed Lee Doel had a very good game. 4 nil was a flattering scoreline but at the end of the day it the goals you score that counts. And yes another clean sheet. That is now 8 points out of a possible 12 against top 4 clubs. Launceston away next friday, another tough game. midfield four in the wall.
What did matey from dartmouth think he was doin tryin to fight everyone in the parkway dugout when the ref sent him from the bench? 280+ attendance, the phrase "you and what army?" comes to mind! Solid display, gr8 result.
