 Sticker started this League cup quarter final on the front and opened the scoring in  two minutes when after good approach work Amber Hadrill struck a fierce drive into the corner of the net.1-0. Not long after top scorer Tori Marks got in on the act and scored making it 2-0. The strong wind  was causing problems for both teams with through balls for Sticker being overhit. They could have had a sackful of goals but for this and some dubious offside decisions. Tori was denied a second when the Bodmin keeper saved a point blank shot! However she made amends when the next she was through on goal she went around the keeper and scored from the tightest of angles. 3-0. Tori added two more before half time.H/T. 5-0.

The second half went a little flat as far as decent attacking football was concerned mainly because of the strong wind and tired legs. This allowed Bodmin a few attacking chances but they came to nothing as Brogan in goal was not going to let anything past her!

Sticker did add another and the goal of the game and no not Tori this time but she did lay the ball back to Amber who from outside the area thumped the ball home giving the Bodmin keeper no chance. F/T. 6-0.

Manager Andy Hoskin will be well pleased as will the whole squad to reach the semi final and he will also know its not all about Tori Marks who has now scored 38 goals in just 9 games but the whole team who work so hard for each other! A big well done from me girls!
