Jimmer06 Posted September 7, 2018 Report Share Posted September 7, 2018 St Stephen Reserves 5-3 St Dennis 3rds Game was very one sided first half with St Stephen missing a lot of very good chances and controlling the game, however, only went in 1-0 up at the break. St Dennis seemed to play more longer balls in the 2nd half which suited them with a bit of pace up front, managed to score a couple to make it 2-1, an equaliser for St Stephen was quickly followed by another St Dennis goal. Last 20 minutes were very open but it was St Stephen who took advantage with their work rate right until the end and scored a couple late on to make it 5-3 Would of been a great game for the neutral to watch. Goals from St Stephen - Ryan Best x2, Curtis Dalby x2, James Allen x1 Goals from St Dennis - Callum Ferguson x1, Shane Hancock x1, Nathan McGall x1 Thanks to St Dennis for coming back for some food and drink after the game.
