You should have a paypal registration of £1 for anyone who wishes to Download a copy and perhaps offer to print a hard copy and post for £3 + P&P. Maybe even a £15 annual subscription for an online copy every week? Not only could these become collectable but it would go some way to reimbursing the time and hard work you put in for Cornish football and its followers.
