The draw will be at the cup game if we are at home or Dartford 8th October. We will be raffling of an away shirt later on. So look out for someone selling raffle tickets this saturday. Russell ,this is a genuine question. When,as on Bank Holiday Monday,you guys had to take a couple of cars,how does that work.? Do the OSC funds cover the fuel costs of the vehicle's,or do the member's travelling pay for the fuel.? Why no Mini-bus.? Was it because of the Bank Holiday.? russellkeeble Posted September 1, 2016 Author Report Share Posted September 1, 2016 Dave To hire a minibus would have involved a 3 day hire so not cost effective. When we go by car then everybody contributes to the fuel, in this case £20 each. When we normally take a minibus there is usually a small excess and this is kept in a pot to cover trips when we are short. Over the year the OSC does not have to cover anything.
