Paul
I see that Newquay had over 700 for their local derby on boxing day. What was this down to?? Its not like Newquay can attract gates over 100 normally...or Godolphin for that matter. Yes it was boxing day....a few more come out. Decent weather....adds a few more. Not many other intresting games today so a few more head that way. BUT.............BRAINWAVE!! Put a 50p off voucher in the local rag. Finally a cornish club trying to pull in a few stragglers. I believe Dan will mention a few times when Bradford PA have also done something similiar and the crowds have been good and been boosted for the resulting few matches. The only way forward is to pull in the crowds. Keep it up.
Guest Postie Pidge
Two senior clubs from the same town helps! There's 30 odd miles between Falmouth and St Blazey, yet if Falmouth Docks were still going or Penryn in the same league, you could expect a bigger crowd
