Mike Odgers
Just reading the excellent publication of the inaugural SWPL season 'facts and figures' review. One page on the Prize Money listing sees two of Cornish big clubs Falmouth and St.Blazey descending to 21st/22nd place with total winnings of £174 and £148 respectively. Of the 51 clubs, Bodmin headed the money awards with £4,182 and St.Austell propping the table with £56 The booklet is a haven for the statisticians- top goalscorers(90players)/attendances/sportsmanship table/award winners/all cup(inc.FA Cup/Vase CSC and league results/tables and more. great effort Phil H. Guest Peppermint
I agree with Mike an excellent publication and the officers of the Peninsula League are to be congratulated on a very successful first season. I am sure that the League will go from strength to strength.
