jules
heard from a couple of their players that they are folding due to players not paying any subs. or fines
Gorgie
No definite decision made as yet, James has done an excellent job, at times under difficult circumstances and would like the team to continue but there are a minority of players who have'nt paid their subs and fines! It would be a shame to lose the club because they have some excellent players :clapper:
The General
Titans may go up if they finish 4th as I think Portreath want to promote their reserve team to the 1st Division.
bighairydave
And I guess it would just be the two relegated from Mining 2?

The General
I think that the Titans would do well in Div 2.
Damo No 2
I spoke to James the other day in work and he didn't think it was gonna be too much of a problem to get the money in. He was full of praise for his side and if anything a little disappointed not too have done a bit better, I can't remember exactly, but due to injury and work commitments he has used a number of centre halfs this season and probably more damaging 4 different goalies. Still a decent season though.

Guest postman pat
have heard today that as many as 3 teams could be withdrawing from the mining league this would mean 4 spaces in div.3 with troon having withdrawn earlier. does anybody know of any new teams applying to join the league this could have a knock on effect if there are not enough teams as it would unbalance any merger with the fal/hel. league in the near future also would the league go for 2 leagues of 16 and 1 of 12? should be an interesting agm next month see you all there would just like to say as chairman of the titans how proud the committee are of the clubs achievements in our first season in the league. whatever division we are in next season we look forward to building on this years sucesses and hopefully improving our standing in local football :drink:
