cornishteddyboy
If you go back through the old Combo records this has happened in the past where a team has played 2 games in a day. They would play their reserves in one match and their 1st team in the other. For example On 23rd April 1965, because they had a backlog of games, Nanpean Rovers Reserves arrived in West Cornwall with 2 teams and played Penzance Reserves (lost 1-0) and Mousehole (lost 2-0) at the same time. Sometimes the teams played one team for a league game and occasionally another in the cup. Up to the end 1980-81 the Combo League Cup was played in a mini-league system like the ECPL play now. After then it has been a knock-out competition.
Guest RedDel
OK I confess, John Roberts rearranged the Holmans game and I forgot to remove the Perranwell game and change the k.o. time. Don't know the new date for the Perranwell game yet.
