Was a closer game than the scoreline (and Bridport’s record this season) suggests though Bridgwater were very much worthy winners. Was still only 2-0 after about an hour which was a fair reflection at that point in the game. Particularly impressed by the spirit shown by Bridport’s players who competed for the whole 90 minutes with their heads never dropping, despite what must feel like a never-ending nightmare of a season.
