:SM_carton: As I have said before, its not worth the paper its written on - clubs will just put more money in the County coffers, some more than others. It does not differentiate between the keepers hand ball outside the area and assault on a referee - both red cards. I would hazard a guess, had we been under the stage below system, some of these would have been successful appeals, but without video evidence we just have to smile and pay up.

So how do the Premiership manage when appealing red cards, as they do. So the system gets worse before ot gets better again - that cannot be right.
