:SM_carton: <_< As I have said before, its not worth the paper its written on - clubs will just put more money in the County coffers, some more than others. It does not differentiate between the keepers hand ball outside the area and assault on a referee - both red cards. I would hazard a guess, had we been under the stage below system, some of these would have been successful appeals, but without video evidence we just have to smile and pay up.
