The ties are due to take place week commencing November 1st, 2021.

And the draw has produced some fascinating encounters.

There`s an Oxfordshire derby at the Plant Hire Community Stadium where unbeaten Premier Division South club Banbury United entertain Division One Central side Thame United, who will be hoping to cause an upset.

There`s a West Country derby too at The Cygnet Health Care Stadium where Taunton Town welcome Premier Division South rivals Truro City.

Current Division One South leaders AFC Totton, who knocked out neighbours Sholing in the first round, have another home derby in the second round as newcomers Lymington Town make the short trip to The Snows Stadium.

The sides have already met in the league, with the Stags running out comfortable 4-0 winners at Lymington.

Two teams who were both switched across from the Isthmian League South Central Division in the summer, FC Romania and Harlow Town, meet at Cheshunt.

Both have made decent starts to Southern League football, with the Hawks having knocked out another of the teams switched by the FA in the close season, Ware, in the previous round.

Looking to cause an upset will be Division One South side Melksham Town, who make the 27-mile journey to Premier Division South neighbours Swindon Supermarine.

A good crowd is anticipated at The Eyrie as Division One Central club Bedford Town attempt the difficult task of knocking out Premier Division Central promotion favourites Peterborough Sports.
