Guest cornish pasty
one poster on here said they are currently playing at southern premier level a close 1-0 home defeat to bath city who are near the top would suggest they are mid table, however last season they couldnt beat clevedon who are only one league above them. a friendly win over paulton rovers suggests truro are close to the top of the next league. but they do struggle to break down good defences at the current level that have reasonable fitness. the first 11 is good but the squad is perhaps not good enough currently for another promotion. Mike Odgers
Another poster corrected him by saying they are £Paying£ (Not playing) at Southern League Premier level. Truro are most definately playing in the Western League Premier
Xembla
A complete season is a long stretch, but at the turn, this Truro side is certainly playing well enough for another promotion (that is, up again for '08-'09). As things stand, I would guess the team as is would be lower-mid table at the next step. But the changes that attrition and full-time status will bring may cause that to fluctuate a bit. Despite the recent run of shaky results, Truro certainly deserve to be where they are, and they will go up.
