Penzance Reserves 2-2 Newlyn Non Athletico Reserves

Attendance got up to 49 for a while as people watched this local derby. Newlyn the better side in the first half going in having got their goals. Second half Penzance applied pressure and got two back the last a penalty in the 88th minute. Game marred at the end after full time whistle when a Newlyn player decided to kick one of our lads in the back of the legs. Ref took players name but issued no card. It will be in his report and he will let CFA deal with it.

Marazion 4 3 helston 

Went in 3 0 down at half time, missed a few chances to be fair and could be been closer at half time. Then from nowhere the marazion from last season decided to play football and completely dominated the 2nd half. Don't know where this 2nd half performance came from but it's a shame it's taken us so long to produce it. Good luck to helston for there last few games. Should still win the league on goal difference I think. Good bunch of lads.

I want to apologise for everyone at newlyn they way our player reacted after the whistle had gone.
