Only teams who play in a league that uses repeat substitutions are permitted to use this providing they are playing a team from the same league or another league that uses repeat substitutions.Repeat Substitutes (Rolling Subs) are NOT permitted to be used in any other preseason matches Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
