From their recent games, they have lost something like 0-30, 0-38 and 0-46. The half rime score in this game was 0-24. It isn't a record score as it's Under 23 and an Olympic qualifier. I don't suppose it gets worse than this!

According to BBC Teletext the score was the other way round as it also says on the film! Never knew Vanuata were such a powerhouse! There again, never knew Micronesia existed as a football entity

Micronesia will escape the record books for the latest loss as they are not YET affiliated to FIFA, 

Their struggling a bit in the Pacific Games at the moment. 
Micronesia lose 38-0 at Pacific Games to Tahiti 
When Micronesia lost the opening match of the Pacific Games 30-0 to Tahiti, they probably thought it could not get any worse than that. They were wrong. 
In a scoreline tournament organisers claim is a world record, Fiji beat them 38-0 on Sunday. 
However Micronesia will escape their place in the record books as they are not affiliated to world football's governing body Fifa, and the squads at the Pacific Games are Under-23s because it doubles as Olympic qualifying.
