You will also benefit from the excellent knowledge & experience of Chris (Jan) Rendell. 20 years as physio & manager of the Cornish Pirates, who will assist you on training nights & teach you the skills of things like strapping, exercise, muscle injuries & getting players back on the pitch asap.
