Penzance Festival Planned for 13th July

Penzance Ladies FC have announced plans for a summer festival of football to be held on Sunday 13th July.

With the emphasis on new player development, local businesses will be asked to enter all-female work teams to offer their employees a chance to give football a try.

Existing Penzance Ladies players will act as team managers / coaches and mentors for the duration of the tournament. Matches will be played at 5, 6 or 7 a side as appropriate

As many local school teams as possible will also be encouraged to participate and depending upon the level of interest, there is also a possibility of a seperate competition for existing women's and girls' teams, and maybe a friendly match involving Penzance Ladies to end the day.
