ant.tux Posted March 4, 2014 Report Share Posted March 4, 2014 Western Veterans FC are in desperate need of a pitch to fulfill their home games this season preferably in the St Austell area, but prepared to travel within reason. We normally play home games at St Dennis, but the pitches there have been declared unavailable for the foreseeable future to allow their own teams to catch up with a backlog of fixtures. I understand everywhere will still be wet and clubs will want to protect their playing surface as much as possible, but it's only 3 games on 9th & 16th March and 13th April, so if anyone can help you'd make a bunch of old men very happy! I have tried St Austell, Sticker, Poltair School, Par with no luck and 2 weeks ago Foxhole and Roche were unavailable and conditions haven't improved much since then Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
