Robbo5
BOVEY TRACEY and Falmouth Town go head to head this weekend in a clash where both sides want to start picking up points for different reasons. The Moorlanders can still finish above Falmouth, even if the result went in Falmouth's favour. Falmouth will want to finish on a high after a heavy midweek defeat against St Blazey which could mean they finish on a bad run and a disappointing position. Bovey came away from Bickland Park 2-0 winners towards the end of February and since then have lost two in their excellent record in 12 games. One thing Manager Ryan German will not want towards the end of the campaign is defender Kai Fisher to repeat the sending off he received against Falmouth. The Ambers have lost the services of striker Pat Shaughnessy to one of his previous clubs, Penryn Athletic. Shaughnessy was one of the strongest players in the previous game and they will miss his strength and creativity. But bringing in former Penzance striker Andy Westgarth certainly gives them an excellent, prolific striker, given he has the chances. German is still looking for a slight improvement in his side's performance after last weekend's 0-0 draw with Torpoint Athletic. He believes that the players still have more to offer as Torpoint made it hard for Bovey. In particular, German wants all draws turning into wins after only winning 1 in the last 7 at home with 1 home game to play after Saturday. Captain Dan Taylor is away and misses tomorrow's game. Apart from Taylor, German has a full fit squad. Squads currently available; Bovey Tracey (from): T Brooks, T Arnold, A Sanderson, R Stanbridge, E Plackett, L Plackett, D Maric, H Roe, J Micklewright, K Light, K Fisher, C Walters, L Head, L Pascoe, D O'Donaghue, J Lewington Falmouth Town (from): J Chapman, M Hollands, S Winnan, R Kellow, S Floyd-Norris, J Webb, L Jeffery, D Richardson, R Pope, T Whipp, R Wearne, A Westgarth, G Squires, J Greet, L Cope, K Turner, D Rawlings, D Friend.
