Recommended Posts

I've been asked to put something on the Forum to clarify the QPR pre-season tour.

QPR’s first team are taking on Bodmin Town (Friday July 22), the only friendly they are playing against Cornish opposition during their tour.

A QPR reserve squad are playing at Truro on the same evening, Friday July 22, as it stands at the moment.

ALL THE GAMES AS FOLLOWS:

these dates, and opposition are confirmed by Neil Warnock :

QPR FIRST TEAM:

Monday July 18: Tavistock.

Wednesday July 20: Plymouth Argyle.

Friday July 22: Bodmin Town

The first team squad then fly out to Italy on the Saturday for another pre-season tour.

QPR RESERVE SQUAD:

Saturday July 23: Truro City.

Monday July 25: Saltash United.

Wednesday July 27: Possibly Buckland (but not confirmed by Buckland yet).

QPR YOUTH TEAM:

Sunday July 24: Liskeard Athletic.

Tuesday July 26: St Austell.

Thursday July 28: Elburton Villa

AFC St Austell are playing a QPR under 19 side including some fringe players on the 26th July at Poltair Park.

A big thank to our Chairman James Hutchings for getting this organised.
