Mike C
Deano its best to ask the CCFA or dave James direct. You dont want to play un-registered now do you! Who is Jake playing for Sun?
oldasitgets
County Rules are, as usual, superbly ambiguous. "Any player who has taken part in" five senior games is a senior player. What does "taken part" mean? Manager? coach?, tea lady? Physio? Subs definitely "take part" whether they play or not. (The rule was written before subs were invented - really.) BUT it's always been taken to actually mean "played in" as in - took part as a player in a senior game. Nalders Sunday League start senior player proceedings if a sub comes on the pitch to play. However short a time that is. "I was only on for 30 seconds." is no defence. BUT Sunday Cup is nothing to do with the Sunday League. And you can't reinstate after the 3rd round so there's another problem looming if you do get through.

Topcat
Deano taken part means that you must have come on to the field of play as a player, if you are a named sub and never played this cannot counted as a game you have taken part in, as simply you did,nt play. if you came on for the last second it would count as you have taken part. Have a good game mate!
