Manager needed

Hi all

I'm hoping to enter a second adults side in the bottom division of the trelawny league or St Pirians league. Depending on what happens with the merger.

I currently coach Falmouth United u16s and the adults side. Majority of the lads want to stay with the club in to adults football. But to give them the best chance I will need a second team for them to fill.

I'm looking for someone to take this second side. With a eye to keep the lads together. Obviously some experience players will be needed to balance it but hopefully not at the expense of the youth lads.

Both sides will train together on the 3g at Penryn college and that is also our home pitch on game days.

Melville Benney would be my choice. Local manager who's got a tonne of experience and is well known for bringing young local talent through. Tika - taka or just plain route 1.. Melville has done it all.
