A One And A Six
Ian Wright should be player/manager of England. Allways the most emotional when it comes to England on MOTD and cant be anyworse then Steve McClaren. Plenty of fight, passion, heart and can score for fun, even at his age i reckon! Come on WRIGHTY, win us the World Cup! Who's with me!?!? :yahoo:

hammers
A One and a six, Oh so you believe that Wrighty is the man for the England job, if he were to get it & England fail to qualify for the world cup, who are you going to blame, I will take a safe bet that you will be among the first to say Ian Wright, he is rubbish. Hammers, :c:
sammo 66
I dont know about wrighty being manager but with crouch and defoe in the squad he could start :)
A One And A Six
Dont think so Hammers, i would never call a legend such as Wrighty rubbish. Besides, should he get the job and fail to qualify we'd be in exactly the same situation we're in now, up the creek without a paddle. Well worth the gamble i reckon!!! C'mon everybody, one, two, three - Ian WRIGHT, WRIGHT, WRIGHT!!! :D
Guest Postie Pidge
Kevin Keegan couldn't handle the pressure and Newcastle and walked just like with England. That on the back of a shite Euro 2000 performance

Sorry crosser mate BUT I think that "the worst record of all full time managers" now belongs to a certain Steve McClown. I just wish to point out I said "I think" McClown now has the worst record. gaffer
Wrighty is a very pasionate guy. but no experience at all. My choice would be Harry Redknap, with a backroom staff that would include Tony Adams, Alan Shearer and Ince.
A One And A Six
Yeah your right, Wrighty hasnt any experience but Klinsman, Van Basten, Dunga and Rijkaard all took their respective nations managerial posts as their first jobs and achieved relative success, so it could work. To be fair, Shearer has had any experience either but i wouldnt complain if he was appointed. P.S. Keegan wasnt the best i agree, but at least he got us to a European Championships.
