All were looking for is someone to come training and assess the players (we have someone take training or if you want to join in training that's fine) take the team and organise the players for Saturday, get them playing like a team and give them confidence and the benefit of your experience with no expectations other than to enjoy the game. We view the club as one so their is no division between firsts and seconds, we do look at the seconds to produce/develop youngsters to eventually push onto the first team and we also expect to drop players at times whether its through injury or a lack of form to the seconds to play which is as a club with two teams is supposed to work. Most importantly its about one club and enjoying the game and after match social side, no matter whether you play firsts or seconds we all socialise together and have fun together so if you feel that is something you want to be part of and you have the enthusiasm and dedication then give it a go there is plenty of help for you.
