peggy78 Posted September 1, 2012 Report Posted September 1, 2012 I'm a big fan of the ability to sign players on if countersigned by the opposition manager, but I have also spent a lot of time rushing around, both this season and last, to eliminate the worry that the opposition manager may not sign the form. So far, I haven't had anyone refuse the few that I have done. Just wondered if there are any managers out there who have had people refused to sign the forms or if you are a manager who has refused to sign the form and what reasons you have given.
Nelly Furtado Posted September 1, 2012 Report Posted September 1, 2012 They can't refuse to sign, and if they do ring the reg sec and he will sort it
