NORTH DEVON DWELLER
Witheridge 2-1 Exeter Civil Service Withy won their first game under the newly installed floodlights at Edge Down Park thanks to two goals from substitute Steve Ebdy (1pen). An evenly contested first half in which Witheridge Striker Matt Dawson saw his 25th minute penalty saved by the Civil keeper. The visitors took a 69th minute lead after former Withy striker Phil Everett's shot was deflected over Withy keeper Chris Wright. Witheridge leveled within ten minutes after Vinnicombes clever freekick found Ebdy who slid the ball into the corner of the net. The winner came two minutes from time after a handball in the box allowed Ebdy to slot the ball home from the spot sending the keeper the wrong way. Withy will now face the Royal Marines in the second round. Attendance

NORTH DEVON DWELLER
Cakey Steve Ebdy is just coming back from a foot injury aswell as being on holiday so isn't quite match fit as of yet but once he is fit what a pairing we will have with Ebdy and Dawson up front.
