Boscastle 2-2 Godolphin Really hard fought and tough game away at Boscastle for us. Awful first half and Boscastle deservedly went in 1 up. An early penalty in the second half for them to go 2 up and suddenly we sprung into life. We got back to 2-2 and maybe should have stole a winner but overall 2-2 a fair result. A good game to watch with some very tough tackling (how it should be), lots of aggression from both teams (and sidelines as it should be) but when the final whistle went a great mutual respect between the teams (except 1 or 2 whose emotions went a bit to far). Thanks to Boscastle for the hospitality after the game and good luck for your season.

We had more than 5 missing tan but doesn’t matter, it was about the boys that played on the day, unfortunately some absolutely terrible defending and mistakes cost us badly and full credit to Torpoint for punishing us. Ref missed the handball at 2-1 but that’s life, move on to next week. Hope the boys who stayed over enjoyed their night out.
