One thing everyone seems to be missing here. These people who organise and ref are all volunteers who usually get moaned at for everything they say and do. We need to work with them not ostracize them.

I feel that the St Cleer Team did exceptionally well. They were promoted from Div 5 to Div 4 as St Cleer Reserves but due to the newly appointed manager of the 1st team resigning 2 weeks before the season started and going to Bodmin Saints they were bumped up to become the Firsts. A Mid table finish was very respectable. -
Try not to slate any referees if possible. No matter what decision they make, they will upset at least 11 people. The main thing you need to ask for in any ref of any age and of whatever experience is the big C = consistency

No matter how many years pass, the topics remain the same, especially at this time of year. Unless there are new rules brought in such as 1 man 1 club then rules about senior to Junior, things like this will always happen. No rules broken, just a few people upset for a short time. next season it will all start again and somebody else will look after their club within the current rules then the posts will be flying around again.
