Search for Cornish Veterans for Arsenal Charity Game

An Arsenal Charity football team are coming to play at Penryn on August 16th 2009. The team will include a number of celebrities. Their opposition will be made up of Cornish Veterans (over 30s) and will be called the "Kernow Kings".

To take part in this event, each player selected will be asked to raise money via sponsorship.

If you would like to take part in this match as a member of the Kernow Kings squad and play against such stars as Perry Groves, Danny O'Shea, Tony Hadley, Mark Ramprakash and Tommy Walsh can you please provide us with the following information:

Name, address & telephone number

Which club do/did you play for?

What league have you or are you playing in?

What position(s) do you play?

Date of birth?

Are you prepared to raise a minimum of £100 sponsorship for the chosen charity?
