ST DAY pre-season training

St Day will be starting their pre-season training on Monday 30th June at 18:30 (6:30pm)

We have three teams in all with excellent facilities, training equipment and our own bar witch provides food and beverages on matchdays with a big screen projector so you can see how your team has faired in it's proffesional league. We have also recently spent in excess of £3000 on our pitch to improve the already good playing surface. Players of all standards are welcome to come and train with us. we train at our main pitch which is situated about 200yds from the vogue inn pub on the right hand side as you enter St Day.

We are also delighted to anounce the we have aquired the services of a proffesional trainer and coach for the next few months in order to maintain the required levels of fitness and skills needed to compete in our respective leagues. He is a former england u15's caoch who is regarded by all as an exceptional coach.
