New teams applying for registation into the new league structure

Hi, Tremough FC manager here, from west cornwall sunday league football, we are thinking about coverting to saturday league football to test the team in the pyramid structure.

How do you apply for saturday football registration? I saw the article in the packet that two new teams can apply for the bottom division. How would I go about doing that?
