Sunday County Cup Semi Final (Tremough V Tregonissey)

Hi,

So the game is over and Tremough have booked a place in the County Cup Final. The weather was absolutely horrible, and the wind was awful. Not a single goal was scored against the wind. It was simply a case of score with the wind and try and defend against it.

We were 2-0 up at half time, playing against the wind in the second half. Tregonissey pulled one back midway through the second half. We were faily comfortable with their attacks up until 2 minutes from time where we gave away a silly free kick. Straight in, 2-2. Extra Time.

We scored in the first half of extra time to make it 3-2, again having to defend the second half against the wind. Another silly free kick later it was 3-3 and penalties loomed.

Penalties:-

1st - Jj (Scored) 1st - Tregonissey (Saved)

2nd - Olly (Scored) 2nd - Tregonissey (Over the Bar)

3rd - Mike (Scored) 3rd - Tregonissey (Scored)

4th - Luke (Scored) To Win!

So a tough game and a win for Tremough. Final Here we come!

Can`t see any way you can finish your 11 remaining League games unless you all cancel your next 5 week holiday and stay here and play instead !!!
