Robbo5
WITHERIDGE are the visitors on Wednesday evening as Bovey Tracey Manager Ryan German builds on another disappointing result but improved performance from the weekend having had a depleted squad. The Moorlanders came away from Liskeard with a second goalless draw in three games but German expected his side to take their chances and get the three points. Bovey have not won in 7 games, their last win against Plymouth Parkway at home, and are desperate to reach the required 40 points to enter next season's FA Cup competition. The remaining five games will all provide tough opposition regardless of league positions, starting with Witheridge. Goalkeeper Tom Brooks is available again after missing the Liskeard trip due to his participation in the London Marathon. He may require an early fitness test having ran 26 miles only 3 days ago but should be fine. Kai Fisher should return after being unavailable at the weekend. Witheridge should have a full squad to choose from as they look to pick up their eighth win on the road. The Withys hope to avenge another defeat on Bovey and get back to winning ways themselves after losing 3-2 at home to Elburton Villa at the weekend. A reminder to all that if you have or know any football supporters who are blind and follow Peninsula Football, we have a groundhopper attending the game whom I will be providing commentary of the game to and I would be more than happy to represent Bovey Tracey in providing commentary for more supporters of this kind tomorrow. dave the rave
Several teams in Cornwall signed and played Truro City first team players this season and played them when available ahead of their own club players. Not sure if this is classed as using ringers.
