Hi,

i am manager of Torpoint Comrades a new team which is looking to enter the Duchy leage. However every new team needs to submit someone who will train as a ref and then act as one next season, i am having a little difficulty with this and would like to know if there was anyone out there who would like to do this? we would pay for this course so no money would come out of your own pocket.
