P6FC's third Currah

Recommended Posts

So far this season P6FC have kept the same 16-man squad for every game as they have claimed 11 wins from 11 games. we have had several players come forwards wanting to play for the white and golds but all have been spurned as the core group (including a few from last season's reserve team) have performed superbly.

However all that changes this Saturday as we welcome in player 17.

This Saturday P6FC travel to Calstock in the third round of the junior cup with Ben Currah making his debut aged just 16 years and ONE DAY (16th birthday is this Friday). Ben becomes the third member of the Currah clan to represent P6FC, following in the footsteps of older brother Tom Currah who was the top scorer in the 2007-08 season and cousin Neil who was double player of the year in that same season.

From our end lets hope it is a winning debut.
