Gerrans 3 - 0 Mevagissey

After a great start to the game Gerrans took the lead early on when new signing from Falmouth town( Ryan harris) scored a header from a corner which was very well worked.

Gerrans then played very attractive football to take a 2 nil lead after 25mins when glynn the speedo Hitchings latched on to a through ball to slot it under the goalie from 18 yards.

Gerrans continued to press and got there reward after 40mins when Ryan Harris got his second to cap of a great depute game.

The second half Gerrans made 3 changes and switched the team around but never got going.......although they did have 2 or 3 gd chances which fell to Haydn Andrew who failed to score from close range.

All in all it was a gd performance and we woild like to thank Mevagissey for the match and it was a gd work out for both teams.

thanks for that glano i had to sacrifice my match day ticket to que up for the club shop opening, just happy to own a Clode 4 shirt.... there i go again getting all emotional
