Plymstock took a fourth minute lead but Bodmin roared back to lead 5-1 by half time with goals from Mark Berry (2), new signing Ben Smallridge, Nick Campbell and Luke Hodge. Tom Chambers made it 6-1 before Plymstock pulled a goal back, but Bodmin had the final say when Smallridge played a one-two with Hodge and fired his second and Bodmin's seventh goal of the evening. Bodmin announced after the match that they have arranged a friendly against Bideford for this Friday evening at Priory Park (7.45 kick-off). Bodmin's original friendly against Sticker, due to be played this Saturday, has now been cancelled. Bodmin also have home friendlies against St Austell (Wed July 22, 7.30) and Wincanton Town (Sat July 25, 3pm) before going to Foxhole (Wed July 29, 6.45).
