A great ref, top bloke and always good for the craic. He is back off to Essex after serving Cornish football well and gained a reputation as the best ref in the South West.

Well done to Stig - I thought he controlled the match well and all at Newquay Football Club wish him the best of luck in the future and hopefully he will keep in touch through this Forum.

Thanks for all your efforts over the last few years - I have always thought that he refereed matches and looked as if he enjoys it and is always willing to discuss any points after the match.

Just about every player and fan I have spoken with who have witnessed him in action. And this despite Newquay fans calling him a jinx when the first 6 games we had him, we lost !
