vontrap Posted April 22, 2009 Report Share Posted April 22, 2009 Newlyn 7 Mount Ambrose 3 Newlyn went 2-0 in the first 15 minutes, but all credit to Mount Ambrose they fought there way back into the game with some slick play and Newlyn being slightly complacent to make it 2-2. Newlyn then broke quickly again to be 3-2 up at half time. The second half Newlyn dominated and eventually broke the Mount Ambrose resistance running out 7-3 winners in the end. Great team performance, especially Leo Gwynn with 5 goals from the wing!! Adam Strowger had the other two. Well done to Mount Ambrose who never gave up. Were now waiting for our final opponents!
