oldasitgets Posted April 5, 2009 Report Share Posted April 5, 2009 The Nalders West Cornwall Sunday League need new teams for next season and now is the time to start planning. Any team must be made up of only junior players. (No Combination players or above) This is a friendly, well organised League that prides itself on a sporting approach to football. It has a Referee's Initiative in place that ensures that clubs and players treat referees properly. At the moment the league runs two divisions and would welcome applications from clubs prepared to play in either division. The League provides an ideal facility for youth teams whose players have passed their 16th birthday to move into adult football. The League will provide support and advice to a new club and help with the myriad of problems involved in starting up. As I have indicated on another post, there is a ground available and help could be given in locating a set of kit to ease the heavy start-up costs in today's difficult financial climate.
