The Villains
Keane given Tottenham captaincy Tottenham manager Harry Redknapp has made Robbie Keane his side's new captain following the striker's return to White Hart Lane from Liverpool. Redknapp has been one of the busiest managers during the January transfer window, spending £45m to shape his team into one capable of a successful fight against relegation from the Premier League. midfield
So those 2 teams have spent best part of 100m between them and they are floudering around at the bottom end of the table. Probably still will be at the end of the season as well. Madness. Utter madness.

somersetspur
So Keane, turns his back on Spurs for pastures greener. Then he waltz's back into our club, and obvisously straight back into the team, and give him the captains armband as well. Arry promised Keane the Captains job,if he rejoined Spurs. For christ sake Arry make him fight for his place, don't give him everything. What must Woodgate feel like, having the captains job took away by someone who didnt want to play for us 7 months ago.? This player really got to do hell of a lot,to change my mind, about him. Rafa said the truth about Keane,he was'nt good enough for Liverpool, works hard, but misses some easy chances. Well, it's not very often we agree but you have got it right on this one mate. Woodgate must be feeling gutted. Bad move, Redknapp.
isaac rosenberg
Decisions like that reflect a small man at a small club. Of course, there's little media interest. Understandably, no-one wants to read about the bottom six except their own fans.

Why Rafa did he buy him in the first place then????? Maybe Rafa lost the plot..................
somersetspur
According to reports,Benetiz did'nt want Keane,it was Rick Parry and the Board who made the decision after failing to get Rafael's first choice,Gareth Barry.
isaac rosenberg
Sufficiently adequately tedious enough for your reiterated regurgitation of the unfunny,Peck1961, yes. Still, after watching the farce that is Tottenham for so long you need something more heroic to mock. Okay, if you insist, I give you permission. Just don't diminish my limelight. :yahoo:
midfield
Keane reckons that if Liverpool win the Prem then he doesn't want the medal. Why? It's the only chance he'll have of winning a championship! :lol:http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11661_4903170,00.html
