The Gooner
Is there any realistic chance that the game will go ahead this Saturday at Kimberley Stadium? The weather forecast is not good for the next few days. If not can the fixture be moved to Dobwalls or a neutral ground which will help with the lengthening fixture pile up that most clubs are now facing. Mike Odgers
I dont think you will find the CCFA are as flexible as the SWPL regarding switching venues but have in the past allowed ties to be played in midweek under lights. Saying that I believe the Kimberley pitch will be playable on Saturday as it is normally one of the better venues for game on and also has not been used for a while. Especially as tonights SWPL cup match has been postponed.
The Gooner
Lets hope you are right Mike. Since January 1st I believe Dobwalls have only played once which was at home to Godolphin some 3 weeks ago.
