Soccer Follower
Booters v Threemilestone - Clijah very wet at present and a decision on the weekend's games to be made tomorrow morning following a further pitch inspection.
cockerkneeboy
I doubt any games will be played at Clijah this week Nigel and that will be the third week running unless of course there is a sudden change in fortunes or the pitches have withstood all this rain, As i am sure you know there not the best in the world are they :(
Soccer Follower
No Guy,i spoke to Meady earlier and he said that they were in a bad way but is giving the games every chance of being played by waiting until tomorrow morning for a final decision. cockerkneeboy
Nigel we have been told a decission will be made at 10am Saturday morning so fingers crossed i guess If it rains tonight then thats it i reckon but if it stays dry then there is a slight chance the games could go ahead By the way Nigel great result for Chacewater last week in the Junior cup glad to see one of my old teams doing well and i hope they go all the way this year (Nothing to do with Sunday football i know) (Sorry for posting that in here Dave) :D

flibert2
mpad 2 halsetown 2; halsetown scored first mpad missed loads of chances in first half then equalised early in second mpad then took lead halsetown missed loads off chances then equalised, mpad player will have nightmares missed with only keeper to beat, last 15 all halsetown equalised and were unlucky not to win, but draw fair result, played in good spirit,
Mike C
Fair report from Flibert. Evenly contested game though Mpad had a lot more chances and should have buried them. Especially in last minute!!!!!!!!!! Thought your keeper had a blinder. Ref Mike Carter had a good game as usual.

Guest Peppermint
Mike Carter officiated at the Foxhole Stars v Newquay match on Saturday - again a first class performance by him. Used his common sense and kept control of the match - agree with Iamthebest - he is a top referee and does not want to be the centre of attention and just gets on with the job. Guest Postie Pidge
A rare occurance yesterday - officiated very well, no complaints about any decision - and he didn't get hit by the ball once!

Guest Postie Pidge
Didn't they play last week and Tremough won 3-0, or were they playing each other back to back weeks?
