Heamoor 2 Ludgvan 6

Very windy conditions which didn't benefit either side, some good football at times when we could actually get the ball down on the ground lol

Ludgvan deserved the win and scored some good goals though Heamoor look to be improving each week now and are starting to understand how to play in this league........ hopefully

good luck to Ludgvan for the rest of the season

:c: :smiley20:

I agree with that the wind had a big impact on this game and made it difficult for either side to get the ball down and play football.

I was dissapointed with the referees performance and felt he had little idea of the rules of football eg offsides from throw-ins, defenders heading the ball out for goal kicks and agreeing with the first team to shout "our ball".

All credit to heamoor it was an enjoyable match played in good spirit. Ludgvan dominated the first half with the help of the wind 3-0 at half time

Our half time team talk revolved around how to deal with the wind we started well after the break the wind holding the ball up well for Jamie Mooney to finish well straight into the bottom corner we went 6 - 0 up before Heamoor regrouped and started using the wind they scored direct from a corner the ball played in towards the edge of the box and the wind curled it straight into the top corner.

Heamoors second goal was an excellant finish by their right winger sprinting into the box and firing into the top right corner of the goal.

Ludgvan scorers: Liam 1, Lee 2, Tim 1, AKA 2,

Good luck for the rest of the season :drink:
