Guest ferguson Posted November 27, 2008 Report Posted November 27, 2008 i watched the last game devon youth played against berks n bucks. Devon looked strong with lewis young taking his goals well, also the midfield were organised with mcshane and easterbrook looking comfy throughout. Matt beer came off with an injury but has been threatening in the other games with good wing play. Berks n bucks had a decent striker so the devon backline did well to keep him at bay and overall it was a good overall performance seeing devon had travelled a long way and kick off was very soon on arrival.
Guest cool beans Posted November 27, 2008 Report Posted November 27, 2008 to be honest m8 not many people on this site give a S**t about devon this is cornish football !!!!
Anita Posted November 27, 2008 Report Posted November 27, 2008 to be honest m8 not many people on this site give a S**t about devon this is cornish football !!!! Thats not very friendly. <_<
Guest ferguson Posted November 27, 2008 Report Posted November 27, 2008 At the end of the day young players are for the future and many of the devon youth players play in cornwall leagues so i think many teams around cornwall would be looking at players of county standard who are moving into peninsula football.
Guest chrissssss Posted November 28, 2008 Report Posted November 28, 2008 iv watched devon youth and i think that ryan mcshane stood out, jon easterbrook also looked good, even though he is gobby. for the comments from cool beans i think u need to grow up and calm down,
chairman Posted November 28, 2008 Report Posted November 28, 2008 Sorry Chrissssssss you are out of order with your last remark.
Guest gats Posted November 28, 2008 Report Posted November 28, 2008 to be honest m8 not many people on this site give a S**t about devon this is cornish football !!!! Very Mature!! :SM_carton:
Deano11 Posted November 28, 2008 Report Posted November 28, 2008 DO DEVON YOUTH HAVE A ANNUAL GAME AGAINST CORNWALL ?
Mark C Posted November 28, 2008 Report Posted November 28, 2008 i played for cornwall last year but chose devon this year cause its where im from and believed they were the better side so i would like to have a match against cornwall see how it goes. as for the immature comments i knwo your jealous of devon right but you would think that you would be a bit more polite bless ya x
Millbrook_Follower Posted November 28, 2008 Report Posted November 28, 2008 Why would any grown man or woman be jealous of 18 year old playing for Devon youth?
Mark C Posted November 29, 2008 Report Posted November 29, 2008 dane if u were well educated you would know i didnt mean jealous of me but you clearly are not.
Guest tiger woods Posted March 26, 2009 Report Posted March 26, 2009 i think it would be a fantastic game if devon were able to play cormwall. Cormwall have a very strong side this year and i think it would be a good game to watch.
Guest paul bere Posted March 27, 2009 Report Posted March 27, 2009 i Think devon youth will be a lot stronger next season with players such as Dean Smith, Andy Corrmack, Andy Frost, Tom Jeavons, Ryan Richards,Miles Easton, Joe Fry,Dan warren Paul Heaveron, All Bere Alston, Sam Ingrm,Joe Ridgeway, Plymstock Calum Martindale, Spear. Watch this team go next season.
Guest A LEGEND! Posted March 27, 2009 Report Posted March 27, 2009 If they were better they would have been in the team this year just like callum martin-dale and david hood were and they are the same age.
Guest paul bere Posted March 27, 2009 Report Posted March 27, 2009 only three of them went for the trials because as per usual its almost a closed shop how can you have a player playing out of posistion all trial and have no one on left hand touchline ? Manager /and coaches never moved around pitch once. And by the way Dean Smith & Tom Jeavons have been called up this season. Andy Cormack would have been just come back from injury. Andy Frost one of best youngsters around plays for Hayle, Paul Heaveron plymstock 1sts, didnt attend. as ive said its who u know, not how good you are.
