isaac rosenberg
You ought to play up St Just on Feast Monday, Crystal, but apparently this year's invitation was turnmed down?
Coopsie
NEXT YEAR PENDEEN ROVERS AFC CELEBRATE THEIR 70TH ANNIVERSARY WHICH WE ARE LOOKING FOR SUGGESTIONS FROM PAST PLAYERS/OFFICIALS FOR IDEAS TO CELEBRATE IT, ANYONE GOT ANY IDEAS? YEP,, as it's a super special anniversary, you should push the boat out and see if Marcus Arthur can go all of next season without a or ... IF that could be accomplished, a celebration for 70 years of history would nothing compared to that achievement.. Love you Arthur's :clapper:
madmonkey
haha love that comment coops but a whole season without marcus getting a card would be a miracle of biblical proportions lol sorry marcus mate :D
isaac rosenberg
What about the old tradition of the first team and the second team getting tanked up and then playing Last Man Standing with lumps of four-by-two in the Plen and Gwarry ? A lot of St Justers would enjoy watching that and you could charge admission money, which would buy kit for next year. This is part of my master plan to make sure you never get back in the Combo, which would be extremely bad for St Just on account of preventing us from ripping off all your best players to go on to "higher levels of football". I also think you should do more to commemorate your great former players, such as Andy Trathen, who did so much to put your club on the map that there should be a large chocolate statue of him outside the Trewellard Hotel. This would be a tourist attraction and would put a stop to all the terrible lies about Pendeen AFC just being where ex-St Justers go when the drink has removed all feeling from their legs. Seriously, as somebody whose level of support for St Just AFC is a pathological condition, I would like to encourage your 70th birthday celebrations enthusiastically, ensuring that St Just and Pendeen stay united, with our Spanish raiding ancestry in mind, against the real invasive enemy in Smacktown ! And I do think the sunsets over Stony Park are splendid. Come on you, er, Yellow Tinners ! :drink:

Love you Arthur's 70 years is quite an achievment!(70 years as pendeen rovers many more before that as pendeen blues), andrew trathen is (clean version) not very nice (my own opinion) Marcus Arthur is worth every penny!! we wouldn't have him any other way. back to the drawing board then!!!!! isaac rosenberg
Gusson !! Levelling Lafrowda Park could be done if you promise to take all the soil to cover the boulders in Borlase "Stony" Park, especially the one on the centre spot. Never mind our slope: at most Feast games in the past your guys couldn't see straight enough to stop the ground rushing up to meet them anyway. Anyway, there's an adit running under your far pelanty area and the whole lot could go floating down into the old Levant workings any minute ! No wonder your kit is the colour of Gorgonzola cheese: such is the consistency of the ground beneath ! Yes, I wrote "pelanty". That's what they call them Over North ! :yahoo:
