The local results here in Malaysia came through on the Premium sports channel.

Pualla Nytong 3 Gunang Ray 1

Temoyang 6 Langkawi Rovers1

Dayang Bunting 1 Bonton United 7

Pulau Nytor Setali 6 Mashuri 0

Crowntown 4 Shortlanesend 2

Out here there are only two clubs that the people follow - Manchester United and, of course, Crowntown.

That's all they can talk about. Is Giggsy past it? Has Jody eaten all the pies? (Again). Is Jamie Marles over - rated and should be sold off before his con trick runs out at the end of the millennium? How can they possibly be coping without Billy in defence?

Sad really, that so many follow Man U.

If only I'd bought more Crowntown merchandise, I could have made a killing

truro utd 4 halsetown 4, halsetown started poorly went 1-0 down equalised thro james fox header, then went behind again after mix up between keeper and defender, then referee sent off james fox halsetown this was a poor decision, truro player fouls him james retrieves ball truro player grabs james by throat, result ref sends of james for violent conduct and books truro player most people suprised james now can look forward to 5 week ban. truro go 4 - 1 up game looks over , ian hodge scores with good far post header, 2 more goals follow hlstown now well on top and looking likely winners ref blows up 5 mins early. truro are a much improved side this season good game over all.

Guest Safe hands (!!)

looks like Crowntown are benefiting from the injection of cash. 2 new signings on Sunday to provide a challenge to Jodie between the sticks and to fight for the number 9 shirt

Latest reports from the big sports news agencies suggest that veteran Billy Lamin may be lured back to the U.K. to shore up the dodgy Crowntown defence. :yahoo:

The money on offer is just too much for him to ignore. His Singapore Airlines plane touches down at Heathrow from Kuala Lumpar on Sunday 12th, ready for the game on 19th.

The sighs of relief from the Crowntown squad can be heard across Cornwall.

(Well it sounds a bit like sighs of relief.) :o:o:o
