St Domonic 0 St Cleer 1 Duchy 1

Recommended Posts

St Cleer made the short trib to St Dominic and found their hosts hard to break down. St Cleer dominated the first half and played excellent football creating many chances. On 16 minutes Bowman crossed and the keeper flapped, the loose ball was picked up by Coates who jinked and unleashed a great shot to score the only goal of the game. Overall The St Cleer play at times was exciting and they passed and moved the ball. St Dominic came out for the second half with more bite and tried the long ball in the hope that they would miss the St Cleer midfield. The defence dealt with everything with ease. David Bowman hit the bar late on. In the end St Cleer ran out worthy winners to make it 5 wins on the trot. This was a great team performance against a hard side, well done lads.
