rovers08 Posted August 11, 2008 Report Share Posted August 11, 2008 Matched played in a fair atmosphere for a derby conditions were challenging to say the least windy rainy and fog typical north coast weather ...St Just started the better side ...Pendeen probably showing them a little to much respect but as the game went on Pendeen got more and more in to it showing some nice one touch footabll...by half time Pendeen should have been 2/3 goals up ...In the 2nd half & with the wind behind them St Just came out all guns blazing and about 10 mins in St Just capt Neil Curnow shot from 30yards leaving are keeper with no chance....as the half drew on Pendeen started to get more and more and top and with only mins to go Jack scored a lovely crossfield shot that was to hot to handle for the St Just keeper........... All in all a fair result if anything Pendeen edge it ! would like to thank St Just for a entertaining Sat & wish them all the best for the season.......
